Shipping Policy

• Q3 LiteTite Labels utilizes a special arrangement with Amazon to fulfill our orders. When you place an order with us it is routed to Amazon and fulfilled from our inventory stored within Amazon Fulfillment Centers. This results in more cost effective and efficient order processing and the savings are passed on to our customers.

• We cannot ship outside the United States.

• We will select the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping option and shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.

• If you select One-Day or Two-Day shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get the items to you within the promised time frame.

• Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.)

• If your order does not ship or encounters any delays we will contact you by email.

• Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping. Please visit "Your Account" for more details.
